This is one of the most unique and creative anvil/block designs I have ever seen. It is one of those designs that make other designers jealous. This is also a tricky shape to cast. It is not a simple cope and drag casting.
A features list shows just how unique this tool is. Three horns one square. All usable horizontal or vertical like a cone mandrel. Two flat surfaces, one grooved with six half rounds. Surfaces that act as feet in all directions OR that could be clamped in a vise. A dishing bowl at the back.

If this tool was cast in steel it would be a great bench anvil. Definitely a unique collector’s piece.
