The anvil is an English Hornless with a 5th foot and no hardy or pritchell hole. The reason for the addition of a 5th foot is unknown. The lack of the holes probably indicates it is quite ancient. The extra foot may be to give the anvil five corners like a “church window” anvil for religious or superstitious reasons.
